SDRC Menu

Dinner is served in the Skyline Terrace Dining Room every evening and consists of a three course, plated meal. Meals served with bread, dessert and beverage. Meal tickets are $9, meal plans available.

Beef and broccoli over rice, baby beets, corn bread

Wednesday
BBQ chicken breast, twice baked potatoes, mixed greens

Thursday
Rosemary pork tenderloin, redskin potatoes, glazed carrots

Friday
Crab cakes, baked potato, green beans, cucumber and onion salad

Saturday
Chipped beef gravy over biscuits, egg casserole, fruit, scones

Sunday
Delicious baked chicken, caramel sweet potatoes, spinach casserole
